CHT has separate dedicated masking departments for anodize and paint operations. These specialized masking departments will review prints and specifications before beginning the process of masking with specific emphasis on areas that require no anodize or paint. We employ a variety of proven methods of masking, to ensure that critical areas, such as electrical contact points, or tight tolerance holes and bores, are kept free of anodize or paint. These methods range from very basic plugs and silicon tapes to custom die cuts and very fine intricate painted masking.
